• Allen Jerome Williamson made an initial appearance on four counts of a theft-third degree charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 14. Bond is set at $2,000 cash in defendant's name only.

• Michael Thomas Rowley made an initial appearance on a lascivious acts-to touch genitals to any part of a child's body charge, a lascivious acts with a child-fondle or touch and four counts of an indecent contact with a child charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 14. Bond is set at $75,000 cash in defendant's name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Canaan Kwan Wilson made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense. The preliminary hearing has been waived. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Win Htun made an initial appearance on a dominion or control of a firearm/offensive weapon by a domestic abuse offender charge and a child endangerment charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 14. Bond is set at $10,000 cash in defendant's name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Alec Sanchez made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Sanchez is being held without bond.

• Alvena Ray Stewart made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 22.

• Nicholas Adam Weatherly made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 22.

• Eulalio Barragan De La Cruz failed to make an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a violation of one-way traffic designation charge and the court found them guilty. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the one-way violation is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25.

• Alexavier Choonpiuh Phetsomphou made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 28 in Magistrate Court.

• Magali Florida Loor Zambrano made an initial appearance on a leaving the scene of an accident-injury charge and a no valid driver's license charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 23 in Magistrate Court for thee leaving the scene charge. The fine on the no insurance is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354.

• Samantha Anne Keffer made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 23 in Magistrate Court.

• David Monge Sanchez made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 23 in Magistrate Court.

• Naomi Jacqueline Rivera made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 22.

• Erika Banderas made an initial appearance on a possession of methamphetamine-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 22. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Kisha Christine Kutzner failed to make an appearance on a trespass-first offense charge and the court found Kutzner guilty. The fine is $500 with a $75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $630.

• On Tuesday, Sept. 1, Michael Rowley, 37, was arrested for lascivious act with child/touch genitals to child; lascivious acts with child/fondle or touch child-first offense; indecent contact with child-fondle or touch and indecent contact with child-over clothing.

• On Tuesday, Sept. 1, Ryan Papakee, 54, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense.

• On Tuesday, Sept. 1, Allen Williamson, 34, was arrested on four counts of theft-third degree due to prior convictions.

• On Tuesday, Sept. 1, Win Htun, 40, was arrested for child endangerment-substantial risk and possession of firearm or offensive weapon by domestic abuse offender.
