• Ramon Alberto Santos De La Cruz made an initial appearance on a stalking charge and two counts of a harassment-third degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 18. Bond on the stalking charge is sete at $10,000 cash only and bond on the harassment charge is set at $600 only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Kenneth Lloyd Carmer made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-third or subsequent offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set at 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 18. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Naing Oo made an initial appearance through a Karen interpreter on an operating while under the influence-second offense charge, a driving while revoked charge and a driving under suspension charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 18. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Seth Ryan Webb made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 23 in Magistrate Court.

• On Sunday, Sept. 6, Jeremiah McMullen, 21, was arrested for dominion/control of firearm/offensive weapon by a felon, tampering with a witness/juror, reckless use of firearm-property damage, going armed with intent, assault while participating in a felony, intimidation with a dangerous weapon-intent, interference with official acts and attempt to commit murder.

• On Sunday, Sept. 6, Tyree Rudolph, 20, was arrested for tampering with a witness/juror, reckless use of firearm-property damage, going armed with intent, assault while participating in a felony, intimidation-dangerous weapon-intent, interference with official acts and attempt to commit murder.

• On Saturday, Sept. 5, Joseph Smith, 22, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense and disorderly conduct.
