• Aaliyah Ximena Mora made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge, a failure to maintain control charge, a leaving the scene of an accident charge and a striking fixtures on a highway charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 30.
