• Luis Adrian Ramirez made an initial appearance on three counts of a violation of probation charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10 a.m. on Oct. 14. Bond is set at $6,000 cash only.

• Anthony Lee Evans made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 28. Bond is set at $2,000 cash only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Kenisha Denee Davis made an initial appearance on four counts of a child endangerment charge with two counts of injury. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 28. Bond is set at $14,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected parties.

• Jacob Ryan Mayer made an initial appearance on a possession of a controlled substance-first offense charge, a possession of marijuana-first offense charge, a no insurance charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a driving under suspension charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 28. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Deandre Antonio Davis made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge. A pre-trial conference is set at 9;30 a.m. on Oct. 28 in Magistrate Court for the driving under suspension charge. Davis pleaded guilty to the stop sign charge and the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25.

• Muhammad Omid made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and an excessive speed charge. A pre-trial conference on the driving under suspension is set at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 21 in Magistrate Court. Omid pleaded guilty to the speed charge and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $175.75.

• Macie Marie Lawrence made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offene charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 21 in Magistrate Court.

• Andrea Pearl Murillo failed to appear on a public intoxication charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Terry Jo Atterson made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 14 in Magistrate Court.

• Jason Daniel Mariani made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Mariani pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Jaime Sanchez Santibanez made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge and a rabies vaccination violation charge. Sanchez Santibanez pleaded guilty to both charges and the fine is $210 with a $31.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $301.50.

• On Thursday, Sept. 17, Jacob Mayer, 46, was arrested for possession of marijuana-first offense, possession of a controlled substance-first offense, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended and no insurance-no accident.

• On Thursday, Sept. 17, Jason Howell, 51, was arrested on a warrant charging him with two counts of violation of probation.
