• Marc Anthony Castaneda made an initial appearance on a theft-first degree charge and a robbery-second degree charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 2. Bond is set at $25,000 cash in defendant's name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Stephen Andrew Weber made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Weber is being held without bond.

• On Monday, Sept. 21, David Hart, 56, was arrested for possession of marijuana-first offense and driving while barred-habitual offender.
• On Monday, Sept. 21, Kimberly Wilson, 55, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury or mental illness-no intent and possession of drug paraphernalia.
