• Curtis Ross Wilson made an initial appearance on four counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. Accidents
• On Monday, Sept. 21, a cargo van driven by Zachary Steven Bolar, 46, of Marshalltown, was westbound on Highway 30 when it struck a deer that entered the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Bolar cargo van was estimated at $6,000.
