• Nallely Lopez made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury or mental illness-first offense charge and a child endangerment charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 8. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Gabriel Joseph Verbeski made an initial appearance on a violation of parole charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Verbeski is being held without bond.
• Ledimo Jesus Leyva Rosales failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge and the court found him guilty on both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.
• Christian Alvin Krupp made an initial appearance on two counts of a driving under suspension charge and a use of electronic device charge. A pre-trial conference is set at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 21 in Magistrate Court.
• Innocent Ishangulungu made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 21 in Magistrate Court.
• Stephanie Dale Clark failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and a failure to obey a traffic control device charge and the court found Clark guilty on both counts. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the traffic control device is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25.
• Robert Bruce Atcher made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 21 in Magistrate Court.
• Jayden Charles Walker made an initial appearance on a supplying alcohol to persons under legal age charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 16.
• Teagan Teann Bratland made an initial appearance on a supplying alcohol to persons under legal age charge. The preliminary hearing has been waived.
• Kayli Fay Lanam made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge, a no insurance-accident charge and a failure to obey a traffic control device charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 16.
• James Henry Hodson made an initial appearance on a failure to use a safety belt charge. Hodson pleaded guilty and the fine is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50.
• Destiny Marie Perz Morales made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a no valid driver's license charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 2 in Magistrate Court.
• Leonidasi Barampama made an initial appearance on a driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 21 in Magistrate Court.
• Tatelynn Tommie Bratland made an initial appearance on a purchase/possession of alcohol by person 18/19/20-first offense charge. Bratland pleaded guilty and the fine is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354.
• Aunna Elizabeth Potts made an initial appearance on a purchase/possession of alcohol by person 18/19/20-first offense charge. Potts pleaded guilty and the fine is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354.

• On Sunday, Sept. 27, Gabriel Verbeski, 38, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of parole.
• On Saturday, Sept. 26, Brandon Godfrey, 35, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• On Friday, Sept. 25, Hemi McStockard, 20, was arrested on a warrant charging him with disseminate or exhibit obscene material to minor and nine counts of a sexual exploitation of minor purchase or possess depiction of minor in sex act-first offense.
