• Montgomery Bisig made an initial appearance on three counts of a contempt of court-any other act or omission declared contempt charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing is set for 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 22.
• Israel Vazquez Gomez made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-first offense charge, an open container charge and a no valid driver's license charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 15. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Shawn Curtis Dobbs made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 11 in Magistrate Court.
• Manuel Adrian Sanchez McMullen made an initial appearance on an excessive speed charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 11 in Magistrate Court.

• On Sunday, Oct. 4, Malcom Hawk, 31, was arrested for dominion/control of a firearm/offensive weapon by a felon and on a warrant.
• On Saturday, Oct. 3, Jeremy Gandy, 37, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense and driving while license is denied or revoked.
• On Saturday, Oct. 3, Guillermo Valtierra, 27, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense.
• On Saturday, Oct. 3, Monica Salceda Napoles, 33, was arrested for theft-fifth degree.
• On Saturday, Oct. 3, Richard Abney, 60, was arrested for possession of marijuana-second offense.
• On Saturday, Oct. 3, William Chapman, 60, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Friday, Oct. 2, Ramon Medina Angel, 33, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Sunday, Oct. 4, Donnielle Wanatee, 50, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device, driving while license is under suspension, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended, driving while license is denied or revoked and driving while barred-habitual offender.
• On Saturday, Oct. 3, Tyler Reisinger, 34, was arrested for possession of marijuana-first offense and operating while under the influence-first offense.
• On Saturday, Oct. 3, Hector Dario Hernandez Hernandez, 35, was arrested for driving while barred-habitual offender, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended, driving under suspension (No SR-22 on file), operating motor vehicle without interlock device and driving while license is denied or revoked.
• On Saturday, Oct. 3, Matthew Schaumburg, 36, was arrested on a warrant charging him with possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance-no accident, driving while barred-habitual offender, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended; three counts of theft-fifth degree, two counts of burglary-third degree and possession of burglar tools.
