The pre-trial conference for the second charge is set for 9 a.m. on Oct. 9 with the jury trial set for 9 a.m. on Oct. 22. Bond is set at $2,000 cash in defendant's name only.

• Santiago Angel Fernandez made an initial appearance on a sex offender registry violation charge-first offense. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 16. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Faith Allison Jones made an initial appearance on a child endangerment charge and a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 26. Bond is et at $2,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Dah Htoo made an initial appearance on an attempted burglary-third degree charge, a possession of burglar tools charge, an interference with official acts charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge.
