• Sheba Lema Shenger made an initial appearance on a sex abuse-third degree – child four or over victim-first offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 19.
• Casey Ann Ahlhelm made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 29.
• Keaton Anthony Zielstorf made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge. Chris Clausen is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 1:45 p.m. on Oct. 21. Zielstorf was also seen on two more counts of a probation violation charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Zielstorf is being held without bond.
• Peyton Michael Lloyd Anderson made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Anderson pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Alexis Garcia Vazquez made an initial appearance on three counts of an eluding charge, a criminal mischief-second degree charge, a leaving the scene of an accident charge, a reckless driving charge, a person under 21 using tobacco/vape products charge, a driving under suspension charge, an interference with official acts charge, a dark window/windshield charge, a no insurance-accident charge, three counts of an excessive speed charge, a failure to maintain control charge, a failure to display registration plate charge, a striking fixtures on a highway charge, a failure to obey a stop sign charge and another leaving the scene of an accident charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 29.
• Tina Marie Weber failed to make an appearance on a driving under suspension charge and the court found her guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Sandra Kay Dodge made an initial appearance on a providing tobacco/vape product to a person under 21-first offense charge. Dodge pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Alannah Maya Perez made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender's office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 20.
• Eh Tha Yu Soe made an initial appearance on a person under 21 using tobacco/vape product charge. Soe pleaded guilty and was fined $105.
• Carlos Mendoza made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 28 in Magistrate Court.
• Dannier Cruz Mendoza made an initial appearance on a no insurance-accident charge. The case was dismissed by the court with $55 in court costs assessed.
• Jennifer Lynn Ayers made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 28 in Magistrate Court.
• Kara Marie Johnson made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 28 in Magistrate Court.
• Savannah Paige Zahnd made an initial appearance on a identity theft more than $1,500 charge, a dependent adult abuse charge and a theft-second degree charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 19. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.
• Harley Davidson Crieger made an initial appearance on a violation of parole charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Crieger is being held without bond.
