Marshall County Courthouse Court Jan. 5 • Marisa Mae Easton made an initial appearance on a violation of parole charge, a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge, a driving under suspension charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a no insurance charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel on the parole violation charge. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Easton is being held without bond.
