They sell tile, vinyl, hardwood flooring and carpet, and offer installation services for floors, countertops and backsplashes in any room in the home, commercial building or rental property. They also offer free estimates.

Brothers Luke and Sam Fogle have been in the carpet installation business for around 20 years. Their business, called Fogle Brothers, has moved to 1712 S. Center St., inside the Meadow Lane Mall. Previously, the pair had worked out of their residences.

“We needed to open a showroom for people to come in and see what we sell,” Sam Fogle said.

They sell tile, vinyl, hardwood flooring and carpet, and offer installation services for floors, countertops and backsplashes in any room in the home, commercial building or rental property. They offer free estimates as well.

“We mainly work within a 30-mile radius of Marshalltown, doing residential spaces, but we will travel up to an hour away,” Luke Fogle said. “But no job is too small or too big. We’ve done everything from putting in a few tiles, to working on a 15,000 square yard space.”

The brothers do all the installation themselves, with the aid of additional workers. Julie Miller of J. Thomas Interiors is teaming with the pair to do design consulting.

“We carry the latest styles and most popular brands,” Luke said. “We pick out what is quality, and what will hold up for customers. We’re a local business, and we want to stay here.”

The brothers say what makes their enterprise stand out from the competition, is their family-oriented business philosophy, aimed at customer satisfaction.

“We do the complete job — tear up old carpet, haul it away, from start to finish we are there,” Luke said. “Of course, if people want to do some of those steps themselves to save money, that is okay too.”

The brothers have carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling and real estate knowledge. Luke also flips houses.

“We know how to examine a property to see what needs updating and repairing,” Luke said.
