The first “Dust ‘Em Off” Central Iowa Huckfest scheduled today through Sunday at Marshalltown R/C Flyers Field has been canceled because of weather. That was the word via a recent email to the Times-Republican from Stephen Miller of the Marshalltown R/C Flyers. “Mother Nature is not cooperating … the forecast is rain and wind,” said Miller.

Regardless, the club is looking forward to another event.

On Aug. 12, the R/C Flyers will host the Marshalltown Annual Fun Fly also at R/C Flyers Field, 301 N. 18th Ave.
