Attendees at Saturday night’s Summer Soiree at Elmwood Country Club hosted by UnityPoint Health Foundation are pictured playing “Heads or Tails” — a popular fundraising game. Participants put their hands on head to designate “heads” and on their posterior for “tails.” A host then flips a coin. If coin comes up heads, then those picking “heads” are eligible for another round. Those selecting “tails” are eliminated. Proceeds from games, auctions, ticket sales and more gave the Foundation an amount estimated between $40,000 and $50,000 which will be applied to purchase new equipment and fund other initiatives at the UnityPoint Health-Marshalltown Women’s Care Center at the downtown campus.
