Miller

Kelly Miller was arrested Saturday evening and charged with domestic abuse assault – second offense, according to Marshalltown Police records.

Miller, 34, was arrested around 8:10 p.m. Saturday at the 400 block of East Anson Street.

A preliminary hearing is set for 1 p.m. July 26 at the Max Building, 101 S. First Ave.
