AGENDA ITEM: Resolution fixing the date for a hearing on the proposed use of SAVE revenue for an athletic facility infrastructure project.

THE ISSUE: A public hearing will be set to discuss using SAVE revenue for the construction of tennis and pickle ball courts and supporting structures. The estimated cost is $1.6 million.

WHAT’S NEXT: Recommend approval of resolution setting a public hearing for 5 p.m. on Dec. 16, and authorize the board secretary to publish notice of the hearing.
