The 2023 Little Miss and Mr. Oktemberfest were crowned Thursday night as the crowd of Marshalltown residents cheered the contestants on. The crowning occurred during the first night of the annual Oktemberfest celebration. Little Miss this year is Savannah Willey, 7, daughter of Nathan and Bethany Willey. Savannah goes to school at East Marshall. The 2023 Little Mr. is Mio Bedoy, 6, son of Erik Bedoy and Kimberly Roberts. Mio attends school at Anson Elementary.
