ARL hosts haunted shelter, trunk or treat Monday night

The Animal Rescue League of Marshalltown was the place to be on Monday night for both pets and humans alike as the organization hosted a Haunted Shelter, trunk or treat and dog costume contest at its headquarters, located at 1921 Taylor Ave.
