Realty ONE Group Impact opens on Main Street
Businesses are slowly moving into and opening up in downtown Marshalltown, with the latest being a real estate office.
Realty ONE Group Impact opened its doors Jan. 1 right on West Main Street inside the former home of Bergman CPA Tax and Accounting. Owner Stephanie Dart has a longstanding love for Marshalltown as a former resident and employee for Younkers. She especially appreciates the remodeling and community resilience after significant weather tragedies.
“I am from Baxter and always love the communities who work together,” she said.
The rapidly-changing world and technology brings a lot of benefits to society and business, but Dart wants her business to also focus on building client relations.
“I still feel meeting in person and having an office to work, meet and offer real estate closings is a must,” she said. “[It’s] something that brings that small town personal touch and feeling.”
Having grown up in Baxter, family is everything to Dart. Having a home is an important aspect of family life.
“Helping my clients find their perfect dream home is what I truly am passionate about,” she said.
Real estate is an industry Dart has 14 years of experience in. She worked as a front desk administrator in her first realty role, before moving to agent care. Then, Dart decided to open her own virtual assistant company before she acquired her real estate license and put together a team.
Realty ONE Group Impact have offices all over the world and if anyone wants to learn more about this amazing brokerage or thinking of getting into Real Estate or of course selling or buying I would love to talk to them.
Joining Dart in her new business are a familiar face, Abby Woosley, who previously worked with Five Star Real Estate Group, and additionally, an agent of the Gershman Mortgage Company.
“We will have a lender here to help clients with loan approvals if needed,” she said. “If anyone wants to learn more about this amazing brokerage or thinking of getting into real estate or, of course, selling or buying I would love to talk to them.”
