Staff from Home Federal Savings Bank of Marshalltown recently donated $500 to the HIstorical Society of Marshall County. The presentation was made at the stately Mowry-Irvine Mansion in Marshalltown.

“We were pleased to receive the $500 donation from Home Federal Savings Bank to help fund numerous HSMC activities,” Brandt said. “Our mission since 1908 has been to preserve important county artifacts while educating the public on how history impacts our lives.”

“Our donation is part of Home Federal Saving Bank’s ongoing efforts to invest in Marshalltown area not-for-profits who positively impact the quality of life in the Marshalltown area,” said Hedum.
