Lowe’s Flowers celebrates 65 years with ribbon cutting

Lowe’s Flowers, located at 212 S. 3rd St., celebrated 65 years in business on Monday with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Chamber Ambassadors. Rick Gooding, the current owner, has operated the popular store since 2006 and was an employee before that.
