Four arrested after drug task force serves narcotic search warrant

Investigators with the Mid-Iowa Drug Task Force arrested four people after serving a narcotics search warrant at 109 W. State St. on Wednesday.

Michael Wabaunasee, 41, of Marshalltown was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, a Class B felony, possession of psilocybin mushrooms third or subsequent offense, a Class D felony, and failure to affix a drug tax stamp, a Class D felony.

Watters

Sammie Watters, 51, of Marshalltown was charged with prohibited acts, an aggravated misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Fecht

Christina Fecht, 54, of Marshalltown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia,

Davis

and Tiffany Davis, 33 of Marshalltown was charged with possession of methamphetamine second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to a press release, Investigators conducting a search of the residence uncovered evidence of drug use and distribution. Authorities seized methamphetamine, marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, and various drug-related paraphernalia.

The Mid Iowa Drug Task Force executed the search warrant with assistance from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, Marshalltown Police Department, and the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement.
