One of the two houses purchased by Linn Street Properties from the Friends of the Marshalltown Public Library was on the move to its new home three blocks west of its former location as of Thursday morning. Ferneau and Sons House Moving and Raising LLC of Marshalltown is performing the job and is set to move the other house at a later date to make way for a future expansion of the library at 105 W. Boone St.
