Pinnacle Bank, located at 2206 S. Center St. in Marshalltown, is excited to host Santa Claus at a free community event with hot cocoa on Saturday morning from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. featuring the world famous giant chair that has primarily been used during the Holiday Stroll in the past. Danielle Gudith of Pinnacle said John Hall with the Marshalltown Area of Chamber of Commerce encouraged her team to host such an event and give local youngsters ample opportunities to get some one-on-one time with the big man from up north. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own phones, and a staff member will be happy to take a picture for them with Jolly Old Saint Nick.
