I am currently a Senior Key Account Manager at Alliant Energy. In my role, I’m responsible for managing some of our major commercial and industrial customers, and I also get the opportunity to support economic development across the communities we serve. This year marks nearly a decade for me at Alliant Energy — a journey I’m proud of and continue to find deeply rewarding.

When I think about what it means to be a woman in business, I see it as being an expert at balancing many priorities. There’s a sense of fulfillment in dedicating so much time and energy to a role that makes a real difference in the community. At the same time, there’s the constant desire to be there for my children as much as possible. Navigating these responsibilities has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of supporting others who are balancing similar commitments.
