Drum up the fun at the State Center Rose Festival

The State Center Rose Festival hosted its annual parade Saturday morning, drawing hundreds of onlookers lined up along Main Street to watch the entries. Candy was tossed to eager children, filling their bags with their new treasures. Some parade entries helped the audience with the heat by squirting water guns. Others handed out frozen popsicles.
