On May 21-22, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Harry C. Harter Post 839 Marshalltown, Iowa were accompanied into JBS Industries and distributed flags for donations to employees who wished to give a donation and in return were given an American flag from a Post 839 member. The above pictured are from left to right a JBS employee, JBS Community Liaison Manager Mr. Lucian Banakeng, Post 839 Sr. Vice Commander Dennis Myers, Post 839 member Clearance Patterson, and another JBS employee. JBS and its employees have allowed V.F.W. Post 839 into their plant annually and have donated generously to our Flags For Donation fundraiser.
