Marshalltown's 13th Street District was the place to be on Friday night as the annual Harvest Market event drew thousands of people to hear live music from headliner Not Quite Brothers in West End Park. Along with the main concert, vendors and food trucks were set up along 13th Street, and children's musician Denise Forney played the north stage while local acts Buz Owen, Trevor Parrish and Mike Bernard performed on the south stage.
