A Des Moines man has been charged with felony sexual abuse after allegedly taking a 15-year-old victim to Riverview Park in Marshalltown and performing sex acts in June.
Sheba Lema Shenger, 21, was arrested on Thursday, and as of Friday, he was being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $10,000 cash only bond. A criminal complaint alleges that Shenger picked the victim up at a Marshalltown residence on June 25 and, from there, traveled to Riverview Park to commit the aforementioned acts. Hearing and trial dates have not yet been set.
