Jose Miguel Gomez Lopez, 21, of Puruandiro Michoacan, Mexico, died Thursday, April 16, 2015, in Godino Michoacan, Mexico. A funeral and burial were held April 18, 2015 in Villachuato Michoacan, Mexico. A memorial service will be held for Jose at Center Street Baptist Church, 1202 S. Center St., Marshalltown, Iowa on Friday, May 22, 2015, at 5:00 PM.
He is survived by his father, Julio Gomez; his mother, Teresa Lopez and his sisters, Isabel and Yaneli Gomez, of Marshalltown.
