LaVonne is survived by her two daughters, Cynthia (Roger) Todd and Debra (Chet) Rankin, both of Knoxville; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Howard Hamler and three sons: Stephen Hamler, Larry Hamler in Infancy and Douglas Hamler.

Visitation for LaVonne will be held from 1:00 to 6:00 P.M., Sunday, February 19, 2017, at the Winfield Funeral Home in Knoxville. LaVonne’s family will be present from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M., Sunday afternoon.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M., Monday, February 20, 2017, at the Trinity Lutheran Church of Knoxville, with Pastor Joel Picard officiating. A burial will be held at 2:00 P.M., also on Monday at the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens in Marshalltown.

A memorial has been established in LaVonne’s memory to the Trinity Lutheran Church or HCI Care Services. The Winfield Funeral Home of Knoxville is assisting LaVonne’s family with services.
