Roger Fiscus, 65, of Marshalltown, passed away Wednesday, March 27th, 2019. A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 1, 2019, at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. with a public visitation held one hour prior. Memorial donations may be made to the family while a fund is being established.
