David was stationed in San Antonio, Texas, for 3 1/2. He married Martha Woolf on July 26,1968. They returned to Marshalltown awaiting the birth of their 1st children. They had 3 children. Kristopher 5-13-69, Deanie 5-1-70, Todd 6-13-74 [stillbirth]. They divorced in 1976. David never had any more children after that. His one and only daughter Deanie was killed by a DUI driver in 1982. Kristopher lives with his wife Amy in KS. 2018 was a terrible year for his family of brothers. Jan. his brother Barry Bond, married to Barb Bond for 47 yrs., passed; in Feb. his brother Dennis Bond, married to Jody Bond for 45 yrs., also passed. D never got over Me.
