Laurie is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Edens. She is also survived by her children: Todd, Aaron (Mary Kay) and James Chambers; step children: Mary Ann Edens, Bill (Heather) Edens and Susie Barrett; 10 grandchildren; sister Rosann (Marv) Sherrill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 9 a.m., May 18, 2019, at St. Henry’s Catholic Church, 221 West Olive Street, Marshalltown, Iowa. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery following worship for immediate family. All are invited to Elmwood Country Club, Marshalltown, Iowa, for lunch at 12 p.m.
