Alan Lee Perkins, 71
Alan (Al) Perkins, 71, of Waterloo, formally from Marshalltown, died Monday May 11 at Mercy One Hospital in Waterloo due to complications of Parkinson’s disease.
Left to remember him are his children Kristine (Chris) Husak, Michelle (Andrew Neuroth) Perkins; his five grandchildren. A brother Rick Perkins; sisters Cheryl Perkins Susie, Teri Perkins Frye and half-sister Connie Loots. Along with two uncles, several nephews and nieces.
