Vance Clark Weltha, a loving husband, father and community servant, answered his last call on Saturday, July 25th, 2020, at the age of 55. A visitation will be held Thursday, July 30, 2020 from 4:00 – 7:00 P.M. at the Baxter Community Center in Baxter, Iowa. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 31 at 10:00 A.M. at the Neil Seales Sports Complex, 309 W. Station Street, in Baxter. Burial will follow at Restland Cemetery in Baxter.
