Elmer VanEgdom, 90, of Montour, Iowa, passed away on January 13, 2021, at Mercy Hospital in Cedar Rapids. Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. on Monday, January 25th (please note the service3 date has been changed due to illness in the family) with visitation beginning at 5 p.m. at Mitchell Family Funeral Home. Elmer will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery. Full military honors will be provided by the Combined VFW/ American Legion Honor Guard from the surrounding area.
