Per the wishes of George and his family, cremation rites have been accorded. Services for George will take place on Saturday, June 12 at 3:00 P.M. at the Union Community Church followed by burial at Sheppard Cemetery in Union. A visitation will be held one hour prior beginning at 2:00 P.M. at the church. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family for later designation. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 50 years, Candy; daughters: Paula (Perry) Johnson and Toni Kinney; his mother, Harriet Wait Aspegren of Littleton, CO; brothers: Kemry Wait of Englewood, CO and Jon Wait of Marshalltown, IA; 4 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
