Joyce was born October 10, 1949 in Fort Benning, Georgia to James Earl Farmer and Revola Jean Whitmore.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Gralnek; brother, Steven Farmer; nephew, Todd (Missy) Osgood and their children, Ryan and Sarah; nephew, Alan (Steph) Osgood; and daughter, Hannah Grace.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Glenda Lee Osgood; and her husband, Roger Lee Osgood.

Joyce was blessed with many good friends. Longtime friends David Ross, Walter Tomlinson, Barb Chandler, and Mikky Gonsales were in her life for 50 years.

Joyce enjoyed making cards, doing counted X stitch, and sewing stuffed animals. She was a warm and caring person, who will be missed by many people.

There will be no funeral service. She’ll be buried at the Center School Cemetery in Marshall County Iowa, next to her sister, Glenda.
