A Celebration of Life for Russell Albert Ruopp, 61, of Marshalltown, were held on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Mitchell Family Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Rex Krough, Mark Halbloom, Rick Stacey and Rod Oleman.
Mitchell Family Funeral Home was entrusted with the care of Russell and his family.
