Richard Devenney, 87, of Marshalltown, IA, passed away on September 27, 2022, at Grandview Heights in Marshalltown. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 3, at St. Francis of Assisi – St. Henry Catholic Church in Marshalltown.
