Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Nuala; his children: Casey Smith, of Urbandale, Katie (Michael) Smith, of Bondurant, his seven grandchildren and one great grandson; daughters-in-law, Angel and Brenda, and foster daughter, Tammy Raymond, his two brothers Kevin (Debbie) Smith, of Grand Junction, Colorado, and Dennis (Barb) Smith, of Gladbrook; his loving Leavy in-laws, along with countless nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation and services will be held at Mitchell Family Funeral Home. Visitation will occur on Friday, June 2nd, from 5-7 P.M. Funeral services for Greg will take place on Saturday, June 3rd at 10:30 A.M. Greg will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery following services.
