Adam Benjamin Moore
Adam Benjamin Moore, 43, formerly of Marshalltown, IA, passed away February 26, 2023, in Spokane, WA.
Adam was born February 25, 1980, in Clinton, IA, to Jack B. and Mary J. (Point) Moore.
Adam was raised in Marshalltown, but spent his summers in Tennessee with father Jack, stepmother Kathy and brother Jake camping, fishing and playing baseball. Adam loved to get his special tins of homemade candy from his granny Moore at Christmas.
Adam graduated high school in Marshalltown in 1999 and pursued many different things eventually attaining his degree in business from Buena Vista University.
On August 16, 2008, Adam married Gina Trimble in Clinton, IA. A daughter, Alivia Carol, was born from this marriage.
In September 2022, Adam was united in marriage to Jane Turasha Moore in Spokane, WA.
One thing Adam was able to accomplish was riding his Harley in Sturgis, SD and having his picture taken on Main Street in Sturgis.
Adam is survived by his daughter Alivia, wife Jane, father Jack, stepmother Kathy, mother Mary and stepfather Alan Petersen, brothers Jake Moore, Kyle Petersen and sister Courtney Petersen, his most beautiful Aunt Wendy Hixson, several uncles, 3 nieces, 1 nephew and several cousins.
Preceding Adam in death were his paternal grandparents George and Pauline Moore, maternal grandparents Elmer and Carol Point, aunt and uncle Vernis Bailey, cousin Nancy Isdal, special cousin Devan Hixson and uncle Tom Hixson.
A celebration of life is planned for August 6 from 1-5 p.m. at the Riverview Park Community Building. Dress casual or Hawkeye – Adam was not a formal person.
