She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Ruble, and infant son, Lonnie.

Alberta is survived by her children: Bobbi (Garry) Brandenburg, of Albion, Greg (Ann) Ruble, of Waukee, and Kathy Ruble, of Des Moines. Visitation will be Thursday, July 6, 2023, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Bethany Lutheran Church in McCallsburg. Funeral services will be Friday July 7, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at Bethany Lutheran Church. Fredregill Funeral and Cremation Care has been entrusted with the care of Alberta and her family.
