Services for Allen will take place on Saturday, July 8 at 2:00 P.M. at First Presbyterian Church in Conrad with Pastor Tom Bower officiating. He will be laid to rest at Conrad Cemetery. Friends and family are also invited to attend a visitation on Friday, July 7 from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. at Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown.
