Richard Dick Owings, 75, of Marshalltown, formerly of Conrad, passed away on Friday, June 30, 2023, at the VA Central Iowa Health Care System in Des Moines, Iowa. A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until time of memorial service at 11:00 a.m. at the Mosaic Church, located at the “old YMCA,” 108 Washington Street Marshalltown, Iowa. Inurnment will be held at 1:45 p.m. on Saturday at the Conrad Cemetery in Conrad, Iowa. Memorials may be directed to the family.
