• Christopher Joseph Robinson made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-impeding the flow of air or blood charge. Joel Fenton is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 10. Bond is set at $2,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Carl Nathan McCord Jr. made an initial appearance on a dominion or control of a firearm by a domestic abuser charge. Francis Hurley is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 10. Bond is set at $5,000 cash.
McCord was also seen on a violation of probation charge. Jason Burdick is appointed as counsel in this case. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11 a.m. on Aug. 23. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.
• Rueben Lee Hickman made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-third or subsequent offense charge and a harassment-first degree charge. Alexandra Nelissen is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 10. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Tiffany Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Arielle Lipman is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 23 in Magistrate Court.
