A celebration of life for Curt will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023, from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at the Mitchell Family Funeral Home. A family led graveside service will be held at a later date in Quitman, Missouri. Memorials in Curt’s name may be directed to his family for a later designation. He is survived by his children: Amy (David) Close-Anderson, Kaden (Devyn) Close and Cord Close; his five grandchildren; his mother Nola “June” Close; his siblings: Rick (Stacy) Close, Bob (Rhonda) Close and Nola “Kathy” (Buck) Manship; alongside his aunts, uncles and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
