• Joy Ann Phillips made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived. A no-contact order has been issued fo the protected party.

• Chelsea Rae Smith failed to appear on an operation without registration charge, a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. The court found her guilty on all charges. The fine on the registration violation is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.

• Preston Marcus Duncan II made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge, a speeding charge, a failure to maintain control charge, two counts of a failure to obey a stop sign charge and a careless driving charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 25 in Magistrate Court.

• Michael Allen Lewis made an initial appearance on a theft-second degree charge and a false reporting to a public entity charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 29.

• Delson Hollis Pushetonequa failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge and the court found Pushetonequa guilty. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the no insurance is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.

• On Sunday, Sept. 10, Edgar Andrade Yepez, 25, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Sunday, Sept. 10, Jessica Catron, 34, was arrested for dog at large.

• On Sunday, Sept. 10, Shelly Umbaugh, 43, was arrested for theft-fifth degree.

• On Sunday, Sept. 10, Abdikarim Ahmed-Shiil, 32, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense.

• On Sunday, Sept. 10, Samantha Zouaki, 34, was arrested for theft-third degree-shoplifting.

• On Saturday, Sept. 9, Angela Cabrera, 38, was arrested for theft-third degree-enhanced, criminal mischief-fifth degree, trespass-first offense and on warrants.

• On Friday, Sept. 8, Carlos Morales-Parra, 23, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-first offense-causing bodily injury and domestic abuse assault-simple.

• On Friday, Sept. 8, Jaycob Perez, 18, was arrested for criminal mischief-fourth degree, reckless use of firearm-bodily injury resulting, intimidation with a dangerous weapon-intent and burglary-first degree-bodily injury.

• On Friday, Sept. 8, Shaddare Watkins, 30, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Sunday, Sept. 10, Macey Marovets, 18, was arrested for speeding, possession of alcohol by person 18/19/20-first offense and operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Saturday, Sept. 9, Francisco Aguilera Jr., 18, was arrested for no insurance, speeding, operating while under the influence-first offense and driving while barred-habitual offender.
