• Tyra Lamay Joy made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Joy pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Joshwa Marquette Tanner made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-second degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Oct. 5. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Jerris Jaedon Nicholas Maschino Duncan made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 23. Maschino Duncan is being held without bond.

• Ashley Nicole Ruring made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Oct. 13. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Jessica Marie Catron made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Catron pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Angela Marie Hutchens made an initial appearance on a theft-fourth degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Oct. 13.

• Sheylynn Maxine Dean Davis made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 8 in Magistrate Court.

• Richard Baldenegro Martinez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on Oct. 13.

• On Sunday, Sept. 24, Skyler Johnson, 27, was arrested for escape from custody and on a warrant.

• On Sunday, Sept. 24, Ashley Ruring, 37, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-second offense.

• On Sunday, Sept. 24, Ismael Flores Cervantes, 19, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Saturday, Sept. 23, Floyd Beadle, 62, was arrested on a warrant.
